Val's Fitness Club has been servicing the Portland area with health and fitness coaching since 2007. We offer ONE-ON-ONE fitness coaching and consulting tailored to each client's personal objectives, fitness level, and physical limitations/ abilities. Our services include (but not limited to):

Val's Fitness consulting is based on the principals developed and proven successful by Valerie Worrell.

Val's Fitness has a variety of clients, ranging from 12 years to 88  years old. Some are working on losing body fat, others on gaining muscle. Some are getting fit, others are staying fit. We have athletes training for a specific event, people overcoming disabilities, and those recovering from previous injuries. All of them are here to build or to continue a lifestyle that keeps them fit, healthy, active and happy.
