Our new Personal Training Studio is just 2 miles West of our former location, in the Cedar Hills area. We are still located just off Highway 26, for your convenience.

From the West (Hillsboro/Forest Grove/Cornelius):
Take Hwy 26 East (towards Portland). Then take exit 69B to merge onto SW Park Way; go 0.5 miles. Turn Right onto Butner Rd, then take an immediate Right into the “Scrub Med” entrance.

From the Beaverton/Aloha area:
From SW Canyon Rd. or SW Farmington Rd., travel North/Northeast on Cedar Hills Blvd, towards Hwy 26. Just before you reach the highway, turn right onto SW Butner Rd, and go approximately 0.7 miles. Once you pass “Dennis’ 7 Dees Nursery”, turn left into the “Scrub Med” entrance.

From the South (Tigard/Tualatin/Wilsonville):
If traveling on 217 North, take the U.S. 26 E/​Portland exit. Keep right at the fork, and follow the signs for Wilshire St.; turn right onto SW Wilshire St. Then, turn right onto SW Marlow Ave, and cross over Park Way. Then take an immediate Right into the “Scrub Med” entrance.

From the East (NE and SE Portland):
If traveling on Hwy 26 West towards Beaverton/Hillsboro, take exit 69B toward Park Way. Turn left onto SW Baltic Ave then take the 1st right onto SW Park Way. Go 0.3 miles, then turn Right onto Butner Rd. Take an immediate Right into the “Scrub Med” entrance.
